Questions & Answers

The quick ones people ask most. Still stuck? Reach out at the bottom.

🔑My password reset isn't working — I never get a code

Reset codes are sent as a push to your phone through ntfy — the same place your girl alerts arrive. If you haven't set ntfy up yet, or you're on a different phone than the one you signed up on, the code has nowhere to land, so it looks broken.

Two fixes: install ntfy and subscribe to your topic (the how-to guide walks through it), or add a recovery email — the code gets sent there too.

To add one: open the Watchlist tab and scroll to the bottom → Recovery Email → save your address. Next time you request a reset, the code arrives by ntfy and email. (You'll need to set it while you're still logged in.)

📅Can I get alerts for only certain days, or turn them off?

Right now, a watched girl alerts you every time she's rostered. There isn't a per-day or on-demand toggle yet — it's a common request and it's on the list.

What you can do today: pause all alerts at once from the Watchlist tab (your saved girls stay saved — nothing gets sent until you switch alerts back on).

📲How does booking work? Does the app book for me?

The app doesn't message the shop on its own. When a watched girl is rostered, your alert has a tap-to-book action that opens a pre-filled SMS to the club — you send it, and the shop confirms.

Auto-book takes it one step further: your #1 pick fires that booking SMS in a single tap the instant she drops.

🕓When was a girl last on the roster?

Tap any girl to open her profile — it shows her roster history and recent appearances, so you can see how often she's on before you commit.

🔎A girl is missing, or the roster looks wrong

We pull live from both 479 Ginza and Ginza Club. If someone's missing she may just be off-roster that day — but if something looks off, send a note using the link below and we'll check it.
